Commercial Cleaning Technician – $17–$19/hr + 401(k) – Aston, Media & Chester, PA

Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week) | Wednesday Evenings & Weekends

Pay & Benefits :

• $17–$19/hr , based on experience.

Schedule :

• Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
• Wednesday evenings.
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Same schedule every week — no surprises.
• Path to full-time hours for the right person.

What You'll Do :

• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust offices, furniture, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets; dust mop and wet mop hard floors.
• Clean glass doors and entryways.
• Clean break rooms and kitchens.
• Complete cleaning checklists and maintain quality standards on every visit.

Qualifications :

• Commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent attendance — this role depends on it.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented; notices what others miss.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
