This is a highly specialized opportunity for attorneys seeking sophisticated international tax planning work on complex, cross-border transactions. Highlights Compensation : CRAVATH BASE + CRAVATH BONUS Experience : 4–7 YOE in corporate international tax planning at an AmLaw 100 or AmLaw 200 firm Practice : International tax planning, cross-border structuring, global expansions, business combinations, acquisitions, restructurings, and fund structures Additional Experience : M&A tax experience is a plus Platform : Opportunity to collaborate across multiple practice groups on sophisticated, high-profile domestic and international matters Location : Houston, Texas (with regular travel to San Francisco) Training : Direct exposure to complex transactions, significant client interaction, and collaboration with nationally recognized tax practitioners What makes this opportunity stand out is the caliber and complexity of the work.
