Care Team Scheduler & Staffing Coordinator

Ballard Center

Ballard Center is seeking a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to expertly schedule nursing staff, ensuring coverage and adherence to policies. You will monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily rosters to maintain high-quality resident care. You will ensure regulatory compliance and sufficient staffing while supporting the nursing team and facility operations.
