Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 total compensation
• Salary: Competitive base compensation with production bonuses, paid every month
• Malpractice Insurance
• Retirement: 401(K) with Employer Match
• Other Benefits: Continuing Education (CE) support and Leadership Development.

Responsibilities

• Full and part-time roles available
• Monday Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm)
• See 14-17 patients per day
• Provide comprehensive primary and medical eye care within your scope of practice.
• Manage and co-manage ocular disease, dry eye, and specialty contact lenses using advanced technology.
• Collaborate with a support team of highly trained technicians, scribes, and optical specialists.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• Licensed Required: Optometrist (OD)
• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution
• Open to New Graduates and Upcoming Graduates
