Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2317.44/week - Job Summary: Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring timely and effective treatment in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patients' conditions upon arrival and develop appropriate care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition promptly. Document patient information accurately using Meditech system. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and staff to coordinate patient care. Adhere to hospital policies, unit guidelines, and safety protocols. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state licensure. Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency department or critical care setting. Proven ability to perform advanced emergency procedures. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
