Registered Nurse Float Pool Emergency Services

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool – Emergency Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations across multiple emergency departments. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for acute and critically ill patients, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and support patients and families through fast-paced, high-stress situations. You’ll also assist with triage, monitor vital signs and diagnostic results, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards while adapting quickly to varied clinical environments.
