Reasonable accommodation may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provide Leadership and day-to-day support to multiple locations.Oversee the execution of the Performance Management ProcessResponsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention of Employees while following all Federal, Local and Company requirementsProvide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit ProgramsEvaluate current and future workforce needs using data analytics and working closely with leadershipIdentify training and development opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans through coaching and feedbackEnsure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracySupport culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communicationAll other duties as assignedQualifications, Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational DevelopmentSeven (7) years minimum of HR Management experience in a large or multi-site manufacturing organization.SHRM or other accredited Human Resource certifications a plus.Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.
