Maintenance Supervisor

Title: Maintenance Supervisor Company: Global Power Components – Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite 5-days/week) Hire Type: Direct Hire Overview: Global Power Components is a privately held, financially sound, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. As a result of our continuing expansion and continued organization growth, we are looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Position Summary: Supervising a team of industrial maintenance technicians and janitors across multiple shifts Utilizing user friendly CMMS Creating, approving, and managing work orders per standard processes Ensuring timely completion of PM tasks Ensuring all safety standards are followed Ensuring department protocols are followed Interfacing with production and safety departments to safely ensure minimal downtime on equipment Ensuring optimal facilities maintenance Creating team schedules Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail 8 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance setting Previous supervisory experience Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification 5 years’ experience supervising industrial maintenance Familiarity with MaintainX CMMS Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Global Power Components is an Equal Opportunity and Affiantive Action Employer.
