Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor 10 – 12 Maintenance Technicians.

This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
Work with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedules
Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Ideal Experience:

Ability to communicate and work well with others
Experience in supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill sets
Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
