HR Operations Specialist Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Remote | Full-Time Why This Role Matters This is the role that keeps the details right, so every employee across our growing network feels supported from their first day through their tenth year. You'll join the corporate HR team supporting more than 2,100 employees across 150+ agency locations, handling the processes that keep onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records accurate and on time. Peers across HR and agency leadership work with you, not around you, because your follow-through is what keeps their programs running smoothly. You'll have the backing of an established HRIS platform and a team that shares the workload instead of siloing it. How You'll Make an Impact Own the employee lifecycle process from offer to exit, so new hires start strong and departing employees leave with a clean handoff. Maintain HRIS data integrity, so leadership can trust every report pulled from the system. Partner with benefits and payroll teams to process enrollments and changes accurately, so employees never have to wonder if their coverage is right. Translate HR policy into clear, usable guidance for managers, so questions get resolved before they become problems. Lead the audit and compliance checks that keep our records ready for review, so nothing catches the team off guard during deadline season. Support agency HR contacts across our network, so every location has a responsive corporate partner instead of a black box. Who You Are You notice when a spreadsheet doesn't add up, and you fix it before anyone asks. You keep sensitive information confidential without being asked twice. You communicate clearly with people at every level, from a new hire's first question to a VP's data request. You care about getting the details right even when no one's watching. You stay steady when priorities shift, because in HR they always do. You follow through on what you say you'll do, every time. You look for the better process, not just the finished task. What You Bring Day One: Experience administering HR processes, enough to know what a clean onboarding looks like and what a messy one looks like. Typical years of experience are as follows: 2–4 years. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, or ADP) for data entry, reporting, and audits. Familiarity with benefits administration and core employment compliance requirements. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for reconciling data. Valuable Additions: SHRM-CP or PHR certification, earned or in progress. Experience supporting a multi-location or decentralized organization. Exposure to the insurance or financial services industry.
