Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will partner with a licensed PT to deliver high-quality therapy services that improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions to enhance mobility and function
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress
• Assist in modifying care plans based on patient response
• Educate residents and families on exercises and home programs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications

Active Kansas PTA license in good standing

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus
