Job Description:

• Lead the execution of multiple workstream facilities projects that are currently in flight.
• Rapidly assess program health, including schedule, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and workstream alignment.
• Develop and implement a realistic, data driven reporting of project health and progress.
• Build strong relationships across business units, technical teams, sponsors, and vendors; navigate strong personalities and high pressure environments with professionalism and clarity.
• Drive disciplined project execution: enforce accountability, clarify ownership, remove blockers, and ensure workstreams stay aligned to the recovery roadmap.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and required actions clearly and consistently to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and change impacts across workstreams; take independent action to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable plans - and translate technical constraints into clear business aligned options.
