Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting channels. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leaders. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Promote the organization's employment brand and culture to prospective candidates. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Facilitate the hiring process, including offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Build relationships with healthcare schools, professional associations, and community organizations to expand recruiting efforts. Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences as needed. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Creative, resourceful, and results‑oriented Comfortable building relationships with candidates and hiring managers Self‑motivated with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms. Requirements Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare. Data driven decision making skills required. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Experience recruiting for laboratory, phlebotomy, or other healthcare positions preferred. SHRM, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications preferred. Work Environment This position may be remote, hybrid, or office‑based depending on organizational needs. Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities.
