Quality Specialist
About the Job
As a Quality Specialist you will support site quality functions while helping ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role focuses on document control, audits, complaint investigations, and maintaining accurate electronic records and customer documentation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support quality and compliance activities
- Complete document control and maintain records
- Assist with customer complaints, CAPA, NCR, and SCAR investigations
- Coordinate audits and inspection activities
- Track and trend quality data
- Create and maintain CAD reports and technical documents
- Generate and maintain, spreadsheets, and electronic files
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in quality, document control, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
