Description – What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical lab tests, encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, partake in training new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety within the lab environment while observing all relevant regulations and accreditation mandates.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Certification from ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within the first year of employment.
• Retain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
