Description What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct a mix of routine and specialized clinical lab testsfrom chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyondadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, manage troubleshooting of discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor junior staff or students, and consistently uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your career with us.
