Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
Interpret laboratory results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure optimal performance of lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, facilitate training for new personnel, and contribute to upholding the laboratory's quality assurance standards.
Ensure a secure and clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health education, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Hold an ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, particularly regarding quality control and documentation practices.
