Salary: $85000 - $100000 / yr

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to join the Krafted Kitchen team. Our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will own the digital presence for Krafted Kitchen and Foodworks, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and website performance through content, paid media, and digital marketing initiatives. Please note - this is a REMOTE based role but must be based in the Chicagoland area - will travel to local and national sites (occasional travel - 20%).

This role blends strategy and execution—leading social media, LinkedIn advertising, website optimization, and SEO while partnering across marketing, design, and business teams. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller who enjoys building brands through thoughtful content and measurable results. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy, writing compelling content, analyzing performance data, and jumping in to execute.

Responsibilities

Social Media

• Own the Foodworks social media strategy, content, and publishing, transitioning management from an external agency.
• LinkedIn – client audience
• Instagram – restaurant recruiting
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, writing and publishing approximately two posts per week.
• Ability to travel to sites (Chicago area) to capture images and video.
• Continuously evolve the brand voice, monitor performance, and optimize content based on engagement and insights.

Paid Media

• Own LinkedIn advertising for Krafted Kitchen.
• Partner with the graphic designer to develop campaign creative.
• Launch, optimize, and report on campaigns using audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analytics to generate qualified leads.

Website & SEO

• Own the Krafted Kitchen website, managing content updates and ongoing optimization.
• Improve website performance through SEO, AEO, and user experience enhancements that support lead generation.

Collaboration & Analytics

• Track and report on marketing performance across digital channels.
• Partner with design, sales, leadership, and external vendors to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects while staying current on digital marketing trends and best practices.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing branded social media channels and developing engaging content.
• 2+ years managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns with measurable lead generation results.
• Experience managing websites in WordPress.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with Canva, constant contact.

Preferred

• Beaver Builder experience.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and marketing workflows.

• Generate qualified leads through strategic LinkedIn advertising.
• Improve website traffic, search visibility, and lead conversion.

• Strengthen the digital presence of two growing brands.
