Optical Cable Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruiting across OCC’s three plants. The role focuses on managing ADP workflows, screening candidates, and handling onboarding documentation in collaboration with the HR team. The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
