Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and vet high-calibre candidates for roles within automotive manufacturing, engineering, and management. Conduct detailed interviews and assessments tailored to the automotive industry's specific skill requirements. Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the automotive sector. Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and successful placements. Stay abreast of trends, innovations, and market dynamics within the global and local automotive industry. Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on talent acquisition. Requirements Proven track record (5+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on the automotive sector or related manufacturing industries. Demonstrable experience in sourcing specialized technical and managerial talent. Excellent understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, supply chains, and technologies. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A degree in Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
