Role Overview

Operate a humanoid robot through predefined test scenarios, record results, and support ongoing robotics development. Follow clear protocols to ensure safe, consistent, and high‑quality testing in a clean, organized lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the robot through predefined test steps using simple interfaces (button‑pressing, observing responses).

• Record outcomes accurately, noting expected and unexpected behaviors.

• Document issues clearly and report anomalies to engineering teams.

• Maintain lab safety , cleanliness, and organization.

• Perform repetitive testing with focus and consistency.

• Use basic computer tools to enter data, track tests, and update logs.

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support robot development.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer proficiency (keyboard, mouse, standard software).

• Accurate data entry and record‑keeping.

• Ability to follow step‑by‑step procedures and document results.

• Basic troubleshooting awareness and ability to spot abnormal behavior.

• Familiarity with electronics or computer systems.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in robotics or AI.

• Experience in a production or lab environment.

• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.

• Comfort working closely with engineers in a fast‑paced setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
