This strategic initiative aims to provide a new, agentic way for enterprise clients to serve online shoppers, integrating advanced AI into high-volume transaction environments. Job Summary As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll help uncover insights that shape our brand, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll analyze trends, study user behavior, and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, analytical, and excited to explore how AI, fashion, and consumer behavior intersect. Key Responsibilities Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product data to generate insights. Analyze campaign performance across digital marketing channels. Build attribution models and marketing performance dashboards. Identify customer acquisition, retention, and engagement opportunities. Conduct market, competitor, and audience research. Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience working with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing data. Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet analysis. Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations. Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail Curiosity about consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have 3+ years of experience in marketing research area, different geographic markets Up to date with latest trends in AI, consumer shift in using AI Agents to do daily tasks Experience with marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics. Familiarity with attribution modeling and experimentation. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker. #J-18808-Ljbffr
