Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property ManagerA growing real estate company is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and tenant relations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating activities, and ensuring properties run smoothly.What You'll Do:Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptlyAssist with property inspections, maintenance recommendations, and reconditioningReview and recommend approvals for vendor invoicesPrepare tenant billings and coordinate move-ins/move-outsAssist with reports, budget data, and accounts receivable agingPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree preferred (or combination of experience and education)Up to 3 years relevant experienceStrong problem-solving and judgment skillsStrong accounting knowledge and accounts payable knowledgeCommercial insurance compliance knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Salary: $50,000/year Position may become full-time If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic property team, apply today!
