BMW Inventory Assistant

Inventory Assistant – BMW of Latham Latham, NY BMW of Latham is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Assistant to join our Sales team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Check in and inspect new and pre-owned vehicle inventory upon arrival Ensure vehicles are properly stocked, organized, and displayed on the lot Install stock numbers, license plate frames, and other dealership materials Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with inventory audits Coordinate vehicle movement between departments as needed Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of inventory vehicles Assist the Sales Managers with daily operational tasks Support the Sales Department with miscellaneous projects as assigned Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution On‑Site Gym All inquiries will be kept confidential.
