Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult progressive surgical, oncology, palliative care, and progressive acute care patients.
• Administer and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips as required.
• Float frequently to meet the staffing needs, including potentially to the Bellevue campus.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including care techs and transport teams.
• Ensure accurate electronic charting using EPIC system.
• Work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period, adhering to holiday scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; pending Nebraska license acceptable.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
• 100% nicotine-free compliance required.
• Not open to local candidates; must reside 100 miles from facility.
