A growing community organization is seeking an


Operations Administrator


to support community operations, resident services, security programs, and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, vendors, contractors, and real estate professionals
  
  



• 
  Coordinate communications for large community projects, including road construction and reserve-funded improvements
  
  



• 
  Track service requests, compliance matters, rule violations, and resident follow-up activities
  
  



• 
  Develop KPI dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
  
  



• 
  Support security operations, vendor agreements, access control systems, cameras, gates, and visitor management programs
  
  



• 
  Assist with project coordination, vendor management, budgets, contracts, and administrative reporting
  
  



• 
  Provide backup support for the front desk reception function as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  5+ years of experience in operations, property management, HOA administration, project coordination, or a related field
  
  



• 
  Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  
  



• 
  Experience managing vendors, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  
  



• 
  Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  
  



• 
  HOA, community management, security, or access control experience highly preferred
  
  



• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred
