Join Our Team as a Plastic Surgeon

We are a physician-owned dermatology group located near Charlotte, North Carolina, seeking to add a second board-certified plastic surgeon to our collaborative team. Our practice includes three dermatologists, one Mohs surgeon, one plastic surgeon, and five advanced practice providers, all working in a high-demand, referral-driven environment.

This is a unique chance to integrate into an established practice that boasts a solid foundation in reconstructive surgery and a steady flow of cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Step into a practice with an existing volume of reconstructive and cosmetic cases, which typically takes years to develop.
• Manage a diverse case mix: approximately 40% repairs, 25% cosmetic procedures, and the remainder consisting of excisions.
• Benefit from a consistent stream of reconstructive cases sourced from in-house dermatology and Mohs referrals.
• Work in a fully equipped practice where clinic and procedure rooms/ORs are conveniently located under one roof.
