What The Job Is Like
- Pay: $32.00 per hour
- Schedule: MondayFriday
- Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Location: Palo Alto, CA (725 Welch Road)
- Duration: 36 months

Minimum Qualifications
Education Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant diploma
Licenses And Certifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
- Experience supporting both front and back office clinical operations
- Strong patient service and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Administer injections and perform other MA duties within scope of practice
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Schedule appointments, register patients, and verify insurance
- Answer phones and assist with front desk operations
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
