We are looking for a Membership Manager to support member growth and manage day-to-day front office activities. This role involves engaging with new and existing members, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll and onboard new members
- Manage and support existing member relationships
- Assist with paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Handle front office operations and daily coordination
- Provide excellent customer service and address member queries
- Maintain clear and professional communication with members
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
