Grubbs Acura is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internet Sales Director to lead our online sales initiatives and drive growth in our Grapevine, TX location. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at managing digital sales channels, optimizing customer interactions, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver a seamless online sales experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to elevating our brand’s presence in the digital marketplace.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective internet sales strategies to increase online vehicle sales.
- Manage and optimize all internet sales channels, including the dealership website, third-party portals, and social media platforms.
- Lead and coach the internet sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Acura products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses to online inquiries.
- Proven experience in internet sales or digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with internet sales software and digital marketing tools.
