Job Description
Physical Therapist - Day Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one Saturday per month from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A compensatory day off will be provided during the same week for Saturday shifts. Sunday shifts may be required occasionally for orthopedic post-ops.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to facilitate rehabilitation. The therapist will work collaboratively within a clinical team to ensure quality care and meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Pennsylvania or Compact Physical Therapy License.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• Flu vaccination is required.
