Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Support Engineer Mission of the Position:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Support Engineer to provide advanced functional and technical support to critical enterprise applications, in a global and collaborative environment.

This role is key to ensuring service stability, managing high-visibility incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Oracle EBS platforms. The main focus will be on the Order to Cash (O2C) process, with emphasis on the Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management (OM), and Web Shipping (WSH) modules.

The position requires constant collaboration with global teams, development partners, and business stakeholders, as well as active participation in incident management, problem, change, and knowledge processes, within a global support model.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Manage incidents from end to end, from detection to resolution
• Attend to critical incidents (P1/P2) and high-visibility situations
• Perform advanced functional and technical analyses independently
• Define correctly when escalation to L3 is necessary
• Attend complex service requests with clear follow-up and communication
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management
• Analyze logs, concurrent requests, errors of interfaces and integrations
• Evaluate and accompany changes to production, ensuring controlled impact
• Document solutions and contribute actively to knowledge management
• Identify opportunities for improvement in stability, automation, and operability

What do you need to contribute successfully to this position?

Languages:

• Advanced English (B2–C1), indispensable for daily operation in a global environment

Experience and functional knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years of productive support experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in L2 roles or equivalent
• Solid experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes, especially in:
• Order Management (OM)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Invoicing, Pricing, Shipping and Interfaces
• Experience in Procure to Pay / Finance processes (AP, GL, R2R) will be valued according to scope
• Knowledge of OZF, taxes (Sabrix) and QP will be considered an advantage

Technical knowledge:

• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries (basic to intermediate level)
• Understanding and troubleshooting incidents using PL/SQL and Shell Scripts
• Analysis of integrations, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows
• Knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools is a plus
• Experience with Oracle Fusion will be considered an advantage

Support practices:

• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
• Experience working with SLA, KPIs, and ticketing and monitoring tools
• Ability to manage major incidents and high-pressure scenarios

Availability and location:

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules
• Role location: Remote in Mexico
• Residence in Mexico and legal authorization to work in the country
