Cleanroom Assembler

Window & Door Assembler (1st Shift/$19/hr.)
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum window frames, doors, and architectural glass systems according to specifications and work orders.
• Read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Measure, cut, fit, and fasten materials using hand tools and power equipment.
• Install hardware, gaskets, weather stripping, and other components.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipping.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, construction, glazing, or fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (A MUST)
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic (A MUST)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
