• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to build with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform quality inspections and testing on completed assemblies to meet strict military and industrial standards
• Document assembly processes, materials, and any issues to maintain strong production records

• Champion safety by following all procedures and helping maintain a clean, secure work environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is a big plus)
• Previous mechanical assembly experience — HVAC, military products, or heavy industrial background is highly desired
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• A team-player attitude with good communication skills

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Comprehensive health and dental insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• A supportive, safety-first culture where your craftsmanship is valued
