Certified Maintenance Technician

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. STOP - DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications: A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role) 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience Valid government-issued ID Reliable transportation Own basic tools needed for maintenance work What you\'ll do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally Prepare vacant apartments for \"make-ready\" / turn status (repairs + improvements) Maintain grounds and common areas Document work completed in maintenance logs Prioritize multiple work orders and deliver great resident customer service Preferred (not required) Strong apartment turn / make-ready experience Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, carpentry, rehab, condo) only if you also have onsite apartment experience Note: We verify certification and onsite experience prior to placement.
