Housekeeping Worker

Job Description Perform routine cleaning of various areas and dispose of waste properly. Adhere to infection control practices and report safety hazards. Related Positions Grounds Keeper Laundry/Linen Worker Waxer/Stripper Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/TASC required Prior experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper Good understanding of cleaning appliances, operations, and proper use of cleaning agents Physical strength and stamina for extended work periods Ability to lift, pull, or push over 50 pounds Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Schedule Part‑time positions, primarily in hospitals and nursing homes open 24/7 General shift availability: Days (7a‑3p or 8a‑4p), Evenings (3p‑11p or 4p‑12a), Nights (11p‑7a or 12a‑8a) Every other weekend is usually required for all positions Benefits COVID‑19 vaccination required.
