Customer Success Specialist

To support clinic partners in maximizing their use of the Octagos platform, the full-time Customer Success Specialist will manage relationships with cardiology and electrophysiology practices, providing day-to-day support and tailored communications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic partners, addressing inquiries and resolving platform-related issues Lead onboarding and activation for new clinic partners, customizing training and support based on their specific needs Evaluate account health signals and implement appropriate outreach strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or healthcare operations Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in managing customer relationships Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field Experience with CRM or support platforms, with familiarity in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
