Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service issues efficiently.
• Enter and maintain customer information in CRM and customer service software.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Efficient typing speed (we will send an assessment to confirm WPM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
