About the Role Our Head Coaches are known for two things: developing their people and driving sales. What you’ll accomplish Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Lead by example and foster mentoring relationships. Source, interview, and hire candidates; train staff in their positions; delegate, provide direction to, evaluate, counsel, discipline, and terminate staff as needed. Provide performance feedback and reviews for staff and assist with the professional development of the team. Work effectively with the management team. Use a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion. Possess skill in organizing work and achieving goals & objectives. Monitor staff job performance, food & labor costs, budgets, sales, labor payroll, operation of restaurant equipment, food & beverage preparation, storage, inventory, and presentation; food and beverage service; vendor invoices and the food ordering system; communication/manager log entries; and cash transactions. Assist with marketing strategy, implementing advertising & promotional campaigns to increase business. Skills Proven success in building teams and driving sales 3+ years of previous restaurant management experience required with at least 1+ years as a General Manager preferred Competitive base salary plus bonus eligibility 401(k) enrollment with contribution Paid vacation and sick leave Salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus bonus eligibility based on performance.
