Research, prepare, and enter journal vouchers and cost transfers in the general ledger. Process wire transfers and returned checks. Prepare, analyze, and distribute account reconciliations. Maintain financial records, schedules, and supporting documentation. Assist with grants‑related accounting and receivable postings. Interpret contracts and reporting requirements. Research and respond to inquiries from university departments and external agencies. Support year‑end close activities, audit preparation, and special projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Who Should Apply?
