Real Estate Transaction Manager

Team Leader Keller Williams Capital in Coral Gables is looking for a motivated and growth-focused Team Leader with recruiting, real estate, and leadership experience to help support agent growth, office development, and training initiatives within a collaborative real estate environment. You will work closely with agents throughout different stages of growth while supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding, training, accountability, and productivity conversations.
