ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Brand Copywriter to support Ads and Co-Marketing initiatives within a fast-paced Creative Studio environment. This role is focused on developing high-volume, customer-facing creative for partner campaigns - including scripts, MOFU/LOFU ads, paid social, CRM, and platform-native content across channels.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strong creative instincts with highly executional workstreams - turning strategy and partner objectives into clear, compelling copy that drives action while maintaining a distinct brand tone and creative standards.
You should be energized by making great work at scale, whether that's adapting messaging into dozens of paid placements, writing punchy performance copy, or scripting short-form video and creator-led content that feels platform-native and on-brand.
You'll partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Growth, Production, and Design teams to create work that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably cohesive. A strong understanding of how to flex into partner and co-marketing voices without losing clarity, warmth, and distinctiveness is essential.
Scriptwriting experience is also critical, especially across social, paid media, and short-form video storytelling.
While this role is primarily execution-focused, you'll also contribute to campaign thinking and creative development - helping shape ideas that connect merchant partners, customer needs, and the brand in fresh, compelling ways.
You'll report into the Brand Voice Lead, with a strong dotted line into the Creative Director for Ads and Co-Marketing, helping shape how the company balances brand craft with performance rigor across every customer touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop customer-facing copy for Ads and Co-Marketing campaigns across paid social, CRM, push, email, in-app, video, and emerging platforms.
- Write scalable MOFU/LOFU creative that balances brand storytelling with conversion-driving performance marketing.
- Script short-form video, creator-led content, paid social spots, and platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
- Translate partner objectives, campaign strategies, and consumer insights into clear, compelling creative across formats, audiences, and placements.
- Adapt campaign concepts into multiple executions and testing variations while maintaining creative consistency, speed, and quality.
- Flex seamlessly between partner brand voices and the company's tone, ensuring all work feels cohesive, distinct, and on-brand.
- Create emotionally resonant, culturally relevant work that connects partner offerings to real customer needs and everyday moments.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Design, Growth, Marketing, Production, and external partners to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Use performance insights, testing learnings, and platform trends to optimize messaging and improve creative effectiveness.
- Contribute to campaign narratives, messaging systems, naming, and conceptual development when needed.
- Explore new storytelling formats, AI-powered workflows, and creative tools that improve speed, scalability, and creative quality.
- Stay current on platform behavior, internet culture, creator trends, and evolving best practices across advertising and social content.
- 4+ years of professional copywriting experience across brand, advertising, and growth marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative across paid social, CRM, lifecycle, digital campaigns, co-marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Proven experience writing MOFU/LOFU creative and conversion-focused campaigns across multiple channels, audiences, and placements.
- Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form video, creator-led content, social-first campaigns, and platform-native storytelling.
- Ability to produce high volumes of customer-facing copy quickly without sacrificing craft, clarity, or brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, testing frameworks, and how to optimize messaging for engagement and conversion.
- Experience balancing partner brand voices with a strong core brand identity in co-marketing or collaborative campaigns.
- Ability to translate consumer insights, business objectives, and campaign strategies into simple, compelling creative.
- Strong conceptual instincts with the ability to contribute to campaign narratives, messaging systems, and creative development when needed.
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, internet culture, creator trends, and evolving digital storytelling behaviors.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering cross-functionally with designers, marketers, strategists, producers, and external partners.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly iterative environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Background in technology, media, entertainment, or digital advertising is a plus.
- AI fluency - experience integrating AI tools into creative development and workflow processes.
