HOW YOU'LL BRING THE MAGIC The Customer Success Coach Relationship Master: You'll be the primary point of contact for our active customers. You know their names, their stories, and how to help them succeed. Win-Win Negotiation: When an account falls behind, you don't just \"call\" - you connect. You find creative solutions that help the customer keep their gear while protecting the business. Energy Matcher: You bring high energy and a positive attitude to every call and visit. You know that consistency + quality messaging = results! Collectors Work Station & Outreach Pro The \"Bucket\" Specialist: You'll own your specific customer lists like a pro. Whether it's following up on returns at the 5-week mark or re-engaging a lost customer, you stay active and intentional. No Mass Texting: You keep it personal. No copy-pasting here! You use your words to build real rapport and trust. Proactive Probing: Every conversation is an opportunity. You're always looking for ways to add more value to the customer’s home.
