Role Overview

Our Procurement team is seeking an entry-level Procurement Coordinator to provide critical support across purchasing, invoicing, and cross-functional operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of procurement in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with procurement, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Support invoice validation, escalating discrepancies to the Logistics Lead or procurement partners as needed.

• Support Invoice automation project, automated entry of invoices, and be the procurement liaison.

• Assist with purchase order creation and administrative tracking.

• Help ensure purchasing data is accurate and up to date in supply chain systems.

• Support New Goods launch function.

Sales Facing Coordination

• Coordinate questions from sales, respond or support responding.

• Have ownership of visibility projects for sales.

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and sales teams on routine operational requests.

• Support invoice processing and documentation.

• Assist with reporting, data entry, and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or an administrative operations role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.

• Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Systems & Tools: Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems; ERP experience is a plus.

• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Collaboration: Team-oriented and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, based onsite three days per week at our NYC Corporate Headquarters.

Salary Range

$55,000—$65,000 USD
