About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Content Marketing to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a customer marketing vision that sets the Associations apart with industry-specific insights and expertise. This role emphasizes the creation of dynamic, customized content for customers, particularly through technology platforms. The VP will work closely with other marketing leaders to ensure the delivery of integrated and impactful content marketing plans. Essential duties include overseeing content creation, editing, and optimization for various digital marketing channels, as well as leading the distribution and performance analysis of content. The role also involves a significant focus on customer engagement and requires a leader who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer behavioral trends and the selling process. Candidates for the VP of Content Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for agribusiness, agricultural economics, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, business, or information systems. A minimum of 6 years' experience in agriculture lending or sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on technology, adult education, or information technology systems, is required. The ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years' of leadership experience. The role demands a strategic thinker who can drive the department's center of excellence in the use of AI for content generation and who is adept at identifying and analyzing key performance metrics. The VP will be expected to travel up to 30% of the time and must be prepared to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that is dedicated to serving rural America.
