As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our Location! In general, the Patient Services Specialist will: Responsibilities Prepare front office for daily activities. Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors. Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct. Collect co-pay if necessary and issue receipt. Notify physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals. Maintain accurate and timely patient information in Athenaone and Phreesia databases. Answer telephones and transfer callers to appropriate staff members. Help create an extraordinary patient experience. Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train. Compensation & Benefits Choice of two medical plans – HRA, HDHP/HSA options. Dental and Vision plan.
