What You'll Do

Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
Deliver physical therapy interventions aligned with patient goals
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
Contribute to program development efforts to enhance community health offerings
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

What You Need

Required:

Valid physical therapy license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to fluctuating schedules and diverse patient populations

Preferred:

Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
