Your responsibilities

The Cycle Counter plays an integral part of maintaining warehouse inventory integrity and achieving our daily, monthly and yearly goals of.5% accuracy.

As a Cycle Counter, you will be an integral part of maintaining our inventory integrity and achieving our daily, monthly and yearly goals of.5% accuracy.

· Physically count SAP generated product numbers (randomly selected prioritizing High $/ high volume), as well as additionally selected locations to test stock status against perpetual inventory records.

· Maintain accurate records of each count and the quantity on hand per the stock status file for each number tested.

· Identify and attempt to reconcile all significant differences between actual product number counts and stock status balances. Enter reconciled quantities into SAP computer system.

· Research all discrepancies and determine root cause and recommended action.

· Assist with preparation and distribution of monthly report summarizing the cycle count activity and results against stock status.

· Perform multiple on-demand cycle count based on specific part numbers requested by others.

· Assist with preparation and taking of physical inventory when necessary.

· Perform audits of various transactions, movements, and/or documents as requested.

· Check periodically for product consolidation and Open Bins Report to assist in warehouse inventory optimizations.

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Your profile

· High-School Diploma – Required

· 3-5 Years of Experience (Cycle Counting, Inventory Control, or similar) – Required

· 0-2 Years of Experience (Inventory Reconciliation) – Required

· Experience with SAP

· Experience with warehouse management processes and cycle counting

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Ability to organize, maintain and file documents.

· Working at all levels of warehouse racks, up to 7 levels high.

· Ability to drive picker, scissor lift and warehouse equipment.

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
