Business Analyst

Help Improve Healthcare For Millions Of Patients Across The U.S.

Help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering. You'll work closely with Clinical, Operations, Data, Client Services, and Product to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and process gaps.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate delivered features against business requirements before release.
• Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of Business Analyst or Product Operations experience.
• Healthcare or HealthTech experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with EMRs, clinical workflows, or healthcare operations.
• HEDIS, STARS, Medicare, or Medicaid experience.
• SQL or data analysis experience.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
