Job Description

Mancan has teamed up with a St Albans company who is in need of a Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills while working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Must be able to handle billing such as paying invoices, receiving payments and entering them correctly. Will be scheduling appointments - needs to be familiar with the local area and able to read maps.

Pay is $15/hour.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
The ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail is a must
Hard worker
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills

Experience:
Data Entry
Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Good with numbers (required)
High School Diploma
